I recently changed from hotmail to gmail, and was wondering if I can/need to change the account name when I log into Guild Wars. I have changed it on the PlayNC master account, but the Guild Wars account still comes up as my old address. Does this matter?

No, as you can't change your account name regardless.

The account's email can be changed though(but the account name will still be your old email). Just log in and go to the "Edit Account" tab on the bottom left hand corner of the char selection screen.
